WHO WE ARE
Though our paths began oceans apart, they led us to the same place—a shared vision for movement that brought us together to build SCULPTÉ.
JESSICA GERSHMAN
Movement has been at the center of my life for more than 25 years. Long before fitness became an industry trend, I was teaching group classes because I loved the way movement could change not just a body, but the way someone carried themselves through life.
My philosophy is simple: mobility first, strength second. Strong bodies are built on bodies that move well. Every class is designed to improve the way you move, helping you build strength from a foundation of alignment, stability, and confidence.
I’ve spent decades studying anatomy, movement, yoga, mobility, and strength, continually refining my approach through advanced education and hands-on experience. But more than anything, I’m passionate about helping people build bodies that let them say yes to every adventure life offers.
“I’ve never trained to look a certain way. I’ve trained so I can do anything, anytime I want.”

LYDIE Gougaud
I’m Lydie, a Pilates instructor and educator with over 16 years of teaching experience. My journey began with a background in dance before I pursued studies in fitness, anatomy, and biomechanics. After recovering from a back injury, I discovered Pilates and quickly realized it was the missing piece that allowed me to combine movement, science, and performance.
Today, I’m passionate about educating both clients and instructors, helping preserve the precision and integrity of the Pilates method while making it relevant to the way we move today.
My teaching blends the roots of classical Pilates with my background in strength training and functional fitness to build strong, resilient bodies that move with purpose.
I’m known for my precise coaching, attention to detail, and energetic style. I believe movement is about more than fitness; it’s about creating confidence, longevity, and a stronger life.
